Welcome to Umufa. By accessing umufa.com and using the Umufa platform (the "Platform"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service (the "Terms"). If you are acting on behalf of an organization, you confirm you have the authority to bind that organization to these Terms.

1. Acceptance and modification of the Terms

Your continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of these Terms. We may update or modify the Terms from time to time. When changes are made, we will publish the revised Terms on this page and adjust the "Effective Date." If you do not agree with the updated terms, you must stop using the Platform.

2. Eligibility and account responsibility

Access to the Platform is intended for individuals who are at least 18 years old or have reached the age of majority in their jurisdiction. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity occurring under your account. You agree to promptly notify Umufa of any unauthorized use of your account.

3. Intellectual property

All content, software, design elements, logos, and branding appearing on the Platform are owned by Umufa or its licensors. You are granted a limited, non-exclusive license to access and use the Platform for its intended purposes, in accordance with these Terms. No rights are conferred to reproduce, modify, distribute, or create derivative works of any Platform material without explicit written permission from Umufa.

4. Use of the Platform and user content

You may provide content to the Platform, including user reviews or other submissions. You retain ownership of your content, but you grant Umufa a worldwide, royalty-free license to host, reproduce, and display your content as necessary to provide the Platform's services. You warrant that you own or control all rights to any content you post and that it complies with law and does not infringe third-party rights.

5. Third-party links and Google Play-hosted apps

The Platform presents listings and links to third-party apps. All apps referenced on Umufa are hosted on Google Play, not directly on this site. Umufa does not host, develop, or maintain these applications, and it does not control Google Play's policies, availability, or data practices. Your interactions with any app through Google Play are subject to Google Play's terms and privacy policy. Accessing and downloading apps via Google Play is governed by Googleâ€™s terms and conditions: Google Play Store and Google Play Privacy Policy.

6. Prohibited conduct

You agree not to misuse the Platform or engage in activities that could harm, disrupt, or infringe upon the rights of others. Prohibited actions include, without limitation, attempting unauthorized access, distributing malware, harvesting data, or misrepresenting your identity.

7. Privacy and data security

Your use of the Platform is subject to Umufaâ€™s Privacy Policy, which explains what information we collect, how we use it, and the choices available to you regarding your data. By using the Platform, you consent to the collection and use of your information as described in the Privacy Policy.

8. Disclaimers

THE PLATFORM IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE." UMUFA AND ITS LICENSORS MAKE NO WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, REGARDING THE PLATFORM'S MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT GUARANTEE THAT THE PLATFORM WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE, AND WE DO NOT WARRANT THE SECURITY OF ANY INFORMATION transmitted through the Platform.

9. Limitation of liability

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, UMUFA AND ITS AFFILIATES, OFFICERS, EMPLOYEES, AND LICENSORS SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR EXEMPLARY DAMAGES ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE PLATFORM. IN NO EVENT SHALL THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF UMUFA TO YOU FOR ANY CLAIM ARISING FROM THESE TERMS EXCEED THE GREATER OF $100 OR THE FEES PAID, IF ANY, TO USE THE PLATFORM DURING THE TWELVE MONTHS PRIOR TO THE CLAIM.

10. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Umufa and its officers, directors, employees, and affiliates from any claims, losses, damages, or costs arising from your violation of these Terms or your use of the Platform in violation of law or third-party rights.

11. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Platform at our discretion for conduct that violates these Terms or harms the Platform or its users. Provisions that by their nature should survive termination (including ownership, disclaimers, liability limitations, and indemnification) will remain in effect.

12. Governing law and disputes

These Terms are governed by the laws of the jurisdiction in which Umufa operates, without regard to conflicts of laws. Any disputes arising under these Terms will be resolved through the appropriate courts or arbitration mechanism applicable to Umufaâ€™s operations. The existence of arbitration does not preclude injunctive relief in appropriate circumstances.

13. Miscellaneous

If any provision is found invalid or unenforceable, the remaining provisions will continue in full effect. Our failure to enforce a right or provision does not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
